The following players stood out for the Teal team during their two five inning games on Sunday at the South Uncommitted Showcase.
Parker Towns (2015 RHP, Tyler, TX) pitched 4 innings and struck out 5 running his fastball up to 88. He alos mixed in a slider at 76. He also collected a hit.
Marco Garcia (2015 RHP, Tomball, TX) had 4 strike outs in his 4 innings of work sitting 83-86 with his fastball. His fastball has good arm side run down in the zone.
Kyle Finkenstaedt (2015 SS, Houston, TX) had two hits on the day, one of which he pulled a fastball out to RF for a home run. He ended up with 2 RBI's and 2 runs scored. He also used his speed to steal two bases.
Mario Milian (2015 C, Cypress, TX), Brandt Shilling (2015 2B, West, TX), Troy A Trevino (2015 C, Edinburg, TX), Jacob Alexander (2015 C, Temple, TX), Nathan-Dallas Blackburn (2015 OF, Mississauga, ON), Elijah Boyer (2015 OF, Overland Park, KS) and Elijah Boyer (2015 OF, Overland Park, KS) all had a hit for the Teal Team.
