The following players stood out during the Gold Teams two 5 inning games at the National Underclass South Showcase.
Connor Prado (2016 RHP, Roanoke, TX) was an interesting arm, he topped at 87 with his fastball and had feel for 75 MPH CB. He also had a hit at the plate.
Aaron Cardona (2016 LHP, Kingsville, TX) topped at 81 with his fastball in 4 innings of work.
Grant Holland (2016 OF, Douglass, TX), Aaron Walters (2017 C, Kerrville, TX), and William Sutherland (2016 C, Arlington, TX) all had a hit for the Gold Team.
