For more than a decade, Perfect Game has taken pride in operating first-class amateur baseball events. As a tournament operator, you know that a lot goes into running high quality events from start to finish.  Some of the areas PG can be of assistance to you include promotion, the sign-up process, correspondence, creating a professional website and exposure.

In addition, Perfect Game Super25 souvenir apparel and hats will be provided to you on consignment and all awards packages exhibit outstanding professionalism. The greatest benefit may be your tournament’s association with Perfect Game.

PG is amateur baseball’s gold standard and industry leader with professional scouts, college recruiters and the top travel teams and organizations. Be a crucial part of this process by teaming up with the professionals of amateur baseball and provide a path to the Perfect Game Super25 for teams in your area. It all starts at your qualifier tournament.


Your tournament will be promoted on the Perfect Game website, which gets nearly eight million visits per year. Teams can use the website to request an invitation to your tournament.

You are immediately notified electronically so you can deny or accept that team, and a simple automated message from you with detailed instructions make it easy for that team to finish the sign-up process.

Not only may teams sign-up for your PG Super25 tournament through the Perfect Game website, but they can also pay you directly.

There will be a secure login to Perfect Game where complete tournament admin tools are provided, such as:
  • Team upload
  • Team registration
  • Roster upload
  • Schedule upload
  • Score entry
  • Automated pool standings
  • Automated playoff brackets


You may publish stories from your tournament to be posted on:
  • The PG Super25 Region page
  • The PG Super25 related Age Division page
  • The possibility of being published on the PG Super25 and/or Perfect Game homepages
You have the option of scoring games on GameChanger with links directly on the tournament schedule page allowing fans to:
  • Follow live play-by-play
  • View box scores
  • View statistics
  • Read game recaps instantly

All players participating in your tournaments will have their own player profile page on the Perfect Game website which will:
  • Provide exposure to scouts and college recruiters
  • Show the player’s biographical information (9u-13u players’ contact information will not be listed)
  • List events competed in
  • Allow the player to update his profile and upload a player photo.

The website will also provide you the capability to:
  • Upload pictures from your tournament onto your tournament page to display champions, most valuable players, and photos of top prospects
  • Publish All-Tournament Teams on the site
  • Publish scouting blogs about your tournament’s top prospects
  • Provide records for various statistics


Perfect Game will send you a PDF file with all rosters formatted alphabetically, four teams per page for easy program printing. Your schedule, pool listings and rules will also be made available in PDF format.
