National Game of Week Live Stream

Ben Collman

The Perfect Game National High School Game of the Week, as broadcasted online and shown here by iHigh and eCoach, pits Kentucky powerhouse Lexington Catholic, the No. 1 ranked team in the state and No. 9 team in the Midwest Region, against Woodford County, ranked No. 16 by the Kentucky High School Baseball Coaches Association.

Lexington Catholic sits at 30-9 on the year with a 12-2 record in district 43 play. They are led by seniors, SS Will Hurt, a Coastal Carolina commit, C Tyler Jackson, a Western Kentucky commit, and RHP Zach Haynes, an Indiana commit.

Woodford County RHP Clinton Hollon is the top ranked player in the 2013 class and has established himself as one of the hardest throwers in all of high school baseball, sitting in the low to mid 90s and running his fastball up to 96 at the WWBA World Championship in Jupiter, FL. Hollon also features three off-speed pitches, a curveball, slider, and a changeup that have a chance to be plus. He is a potential early first round pick in the 2013 draft.

The game will be played Monday at 7:30 pm EST and will be available to watch here at PerfectGame.org, iHigh.com and PrepSpin.com.
