Perfect Game Begins Elaborate Pre-Season Coverage of Draft, Colleges, High Schools

The official start of the 2012 college and high-school baseball seasons may still be a few weeks away, but Perfect Game is kicking off its expanded coverage in earnest this week.

We’re breaking out our list of the Top 500 Prospects for this year’s draft, along with the first batch of 100 prospects for this year’s draft that we’ll feature on a daily basis throughout the course of the winter and spring as part of our 100 Prospects in 100 Days feature. We also feature an overview of this year’s draft.

Over the next several weeks, you can also look for the following features:

Draft

• Top 300 Prospects in 2013 draft class, Top 200 Prospects in 2014 draft class
•Comprehensive state-by-state follow lists of the top prospects in the 2012, 2013 and 2014 draft classes

College

• Top 100 Division I teams, with capsules
• Previews on all 31 Division I conferences, with lists/scouting capsules on the top prospects in each conference
