2007 SOUTHEAST TOP PROSPECT SHOWCASE

Top Prospect List

Class of 2008

  1. 3B Ethan Martin (Stephens County HS, Toccoa, GA) Athletic infielder with great bat speed. The first baseman’s glove couldn’t handle his 95mph arm in the infield workout.

  2. RHP Ezekiel Spruill (Kell HS, Marietta, GA) Spruill continues to show why he is a top right hander in the 2008 class as he sat 90-91 during this outing with minimal effort.

  3. C Taylor Hightower (Cartersville HS, Cartersville, GA) Continued to show great catch and throw skills with a 1.77 pop time. He also showed a nice line drive swing with bat speed.

  4. 1B Chase Davidson (Milton HS, Alpharetta, GA) Continued to show his powerful bat at the Southeast Top. Also solid around the bag at first.
