351. Anthony Hermelyn
, c/1b, Oklahoma (JR)
R-R, 6-1/200, McKinney, Texas
Previously Drafted: Never Drafted

Building off a strong overall summer on the Cape, Hermelyn began the season doing some catching while playing both corner infield spots and served as the Sooners DH some games. Down the stretch however Hermelyn took the majority of reps from behind the plate where he shows strong receiving skills and a quick release on his throws down. A righthander hitter, Hermelyn had his best offensive season yet in Norman showing quick hands and a discipline approach en route to hitting .321 with six home runs, striking out just 21 times in 243 plate appearances.

352. Eric Hanhold
, rhp, Florida (JR)
R-R, 6-5/205, Palm Harbor, Fla.
Previously Drafted: Phillies ’12 (40)

The very last pick in the 2012 draft, Hanhold is actually one of two players on the Florida Gators roster to be selected with the final pick of their respective drafts, with sophomore Shaun Anderson the other in 2013. With the type of stuff Hanhold possesses on the mound and the numbers he’s put up this spring, it’s safe to say he’ll be going much higher this June. Sitting in the 92-94 mph range out of the bullpen and bumping 95, Hanhold works from a high arm slot, pounding the ball downhill with late and heavy life. With his fastball running to his arm side, Hanhold features a slider that moves in the opposite direction, showing late 10-to-4 tilt.

353. Anthony Guardado
, rhp, Nogales HS
R-R, 6-1/180, La Puenta, Calif.
College Commitment: Long Beach State

Guardado might be the last rising prospect in this draft class. He was a fringe prospect previously who had concentrated more on football than baseball during high school and didn't pitch much of the spring recovering from a sore shoulder. His first start, however, was against top prospect righthander Peter Lambert on April 23 and Guardado came out throwing 90-94 with a very good slider, plus a curveball and changeup. That has had scouts scrambling to fully evaluate him in the month before the draft. Overall, Guardado threw 25 innings in four games, going 1-2, 1.12 and striking out 42 hitters while only allowing 10 hits.

354. Craig Aikin
, of, Oklahoma (JR)
L-L, 5-10/170, Coppell, Texas
Previously Drafted: Never Drafted

A lefthanded hitter, Aikin did a nice job of setting the tempo of the offense throughout the spring while hitting a career best .340 from the top of the Sooners' lineup. With quick hands that allow him to turn on inside fastballs, Aikin shows solid contact skills and feel for the barrel along with above average speed on the bases. Leading the team with 15 doubles, Aikin’s speed serves him well defensively in center field where he is able to track down long fly balls with solid closing speed.

355. Nico Hoerner
, ss, Head-Royce HS
R-R, 5-11/185, Oakland, Calif.
College Commitment: Stanford

Hoerner is a high performance player with the type of tools and skills that often turn into premium college middle infield prospects after three years of college. He's a righthanded hitter with a quick and short swing and the ability to very consistently square up the baseball. Hoerner has hit .521 during his high school career and has only struck out five times in 314 career plate appearances. He hit .512-5-27 this year with 18 walks and only one strike out. Defensively, Hoerner is a 6.8 runner with good instincts and quickness moving to balls, although his arm strength may be more suited to second base at the professional level.
