Meadows is the brother of Austin Meadows, a 2012 Perfect Game All-American who was the ninth overall pick in the 2013 draft by the Pittsburgh Pirates. Parker has a long-limbed and athletic 6-foot-5 build, running the 60-yard dash in 6.51 seconds at the PG National Showcase while throwing 92 mph from the outfield.
