If for any reason your're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, less any shipping costs, as long as the following conditions are met pertaining to the type of item returned:

CLOTHING, UNIFORMS AND SHOES/CLEATS

Unworn/Unwashed Merchandise:  Includes any item that is in new condition, unwashed and unworn, still contains the original tags and is in the original packaging (if any).  Returns will be returned to you, without refund/compensation, if the merchandise exhibits any obvioius signs of wear or are not in the condition in which they were received.  All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty cards, instructional DVD's and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandis.

Defective Merchandise:  Returns for manufacturer defects will be accepted.  All original packaging and materials including boxes, manuals, warranty card, insturctional DVD's and any other materials in the original shipment must be returned with your merchandise.  Your merchandise will be replaced.

Damaged Merchandise:  Returns for items damaged during shipping will be accepted and replaced with an item of equal or greater value and shipping costs for the replacement merchandise will be covered at our expense.

Incorrect Merchandise:  Contact us via email or phone if you received an item different that what was described on the website or is the wrong size, color, or style than what you ordered.

BATS AND/OR OTHER BREAKABLE ITEMS

No Refund on Wood Bats/ or other breakable items. These items will be replaced with and identical item or other item of equal value.  In such cases where the merchandise cannot be replace diwht an identical item due to lack of availability, the merchandise returned will be replaced by a different item of equal or greater value.  Every effort will be made to keep the customer satisfied and in cases where a replacement item cannot be agreed upon, a credit will be issued to the customer so that he/she may wait for a suitable replacement item to become available. Returned itme MUST have all wrapping, tags, and warranty slips still attached as they were when the merchandise was shipped.  If there are any obvious signs of use, the return will NOT be accepted.

Composite Wood and All Non-Wood Bat Warranty

All defective bats are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.  Warranties vary, but most bats will have a warranty from 90 days to one year from the date of purchase.  Any defective bat must be returned directly to the manufacturer.  Manufacturers will require a receipt for all returns.  If you need a copy of your reciept, please contact Perfect Game.  Wood Bats have NO WARRANTY.


Return merchandise must be in store bought condition.
We cannot accept COD returns.
