Zach Tobolowsky is a 2008 MIF/OF with a 5'9'', 167 lb. frame from Dallas, TX, who attends Greenhill HS. Tobolowsky has a medium frame with an athletic build. Defensively he has nice footwork in the middle infield showing body control and range. He has good hands with a quick transfer, and he has solid arm strength with plus accuracy. Every throw he made hit the first baseman in the chest. Tobolowsky looks like a very reliable defender that will make all the plays. At the plate he is a right handed hitter who hits from a slightly open and crouched stance. He uses a no stride approach and takes an aggressive swing. He has good bat speed with a line drive swing plane and makes consistent contact. Shows some pop that will allow him to drive the ball from gap to gap. He is a player that needs to be followed closely, because he isn't far from being a top prospect. He is a good student as well.
