Michael Theodore is a 2009 RHP with a 6'2'', 200 lb. frame from Bloomfield Hills, MI who attends Detroit Country Day. Big athletic frame with packed strength. Pitches from 3/4 arm slot, very polished mechanics, repeates his delivery well on all pitches, loose arm with little effort, longer arm circle, easy 90 mph in the Metrodome, throws downhill, sharp slider, change up has dirty sink, has very good feel for CH, commands all pitches well. Just keeps getting better and scores high on poise. Good student. High level 2009 prospect.

Michael Theodore is a 2009 RHP/OF from Detroit Country Day HS, residing in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, with a 6'2"/185 pound frame. Theodore has a tall lean build with a nice frame with room to grow. Theodore pitches from a 3/4 arm slot and uses a smooth arm stroke. He has a very quick arm and his arm works well. Theodore uses a high leg kick and maintains good balance through his delivery. He pitches with tall and fall style mechanics and he gets a good down plane on his fastball. His fastball also gets good arm side run to it. Theodore throws a slider with tight 11/5 spin with short hard break to it. He also throws a changeup with sink. Theodore pitches with a deliberate tempo and showed good poise and confidence on the mound. He pitches with low effort and has projectable velocity. At the plate, Theodore hits from a straight crouched stance and has a quiet approach in the box. He swings on a line drive path and uses a no load approach. Theodore is a high level pitching prospect and is a good student.

Michael Theodore is a 2009 RHP/OF that attends Detroit Country Day and resides in Bloomfield Hills, MI with a 6'2", 190 lb. frame. Michael has a tall athletic build with tons of potential on the mound. He could wind up being one of the better players in his class. Michael is a low effort pitcher that throws only from the strentch. He has a long arm action that works well with very good arm speed. Michael challenges hitters with his fastball and can really pound the strike zone. He shows a very sharp slider with depth and tight spin. Michael will also flash a straight change. At the plate Michael is a very raw prospect. He good bat speed and power potential but really needs to work on his balance and his set-up and approach.
