Todd Parker is a 2020 SS/3B/OF with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends La Costa Canyon HS. Parker has a lean athletic build with room to fill out and add strength. Hits from an open stance with a narrow base to start. Hands start low and gets to slot well. Hands work well, timing needs to improve as he matures. Has line drive swing plane with good extension through ball. Gets good weight transfer into swing for age. Has young overall tools for hitting. Defensively, primary INF, light on feet, 3/4 arm slot. Has clean and smooth transfer. From the OF, good actions to the ball with smooth footwork, arm strength is developing yet. Outstanding Student.
