Kyle Beach is a 2020 1B/RHP, 3B, OF with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Lumberton, NJ who attends St. Joseph's Prep. Large frame with strong build; some projection remaining. Ran 60 yard dash in 7.97 seconds. Sets up to hit from wide-open stance, hip stays open through stride, uppercut path with intent to get the ball into the air, has strength in swing, showed good rotational strength off the barrel with some pull side pop. Primary first baseman, glove works well out front with flashes of good footwork, makes pivot well, arm clocked up to 74 mph. Also took reps in the infield, arm up to 75 mph. Also pitched; medium-length arm stroke to lower three quarters slot, uses lower half well, fastball worked 73-76 mph with good running life. Worked in curveball with sweeping 10/4 shape and gradual depth. Good student.
