Jax Cash is a 2019 C/RHP with a 6-4 205 lb. frame from Spartanburg, SC who attends Spartanburg HS. Large broad shouldered frame with good strength, pretty mature physically. 6.99 runner, has good quickness behind the plate both in his lower half and in his exchanges. Right handed hitter, hits from a tall stance with a narrow base, uses his lower half well to drive his swing, line drive swing with good barrel skills, best when his front side stays in, shows bat speed with a pull to mid field approach, power is there with some adjustments. Did not pitch at this event but has been up to 92 mph this summer on the mound. Very good student, verbal commitment to South Carolina.
