Dale St. John is a 2016 SS/2B with a 5-7 140 lb. frame from Covington, LA who attends Archbishop Hannan. Athletic build with a lean, projectable build and room to fill out. Ran a 7.41 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder, shows quick feet and action with range to either side, shows some control through actions, has arm strength on throws across and will continue to develop more. Right-handed hitter, starts with a high hand set and high back elbow. Slightly wrapped start, gets the barrel through the zone and shows nice contact skills, aggressive approach, longer path to the ball but gets the barrel to it, creates line drive contact with a feel to hit to the middle of the field. Good student.
