Dalton Smith is a 2016 1B with a 6-2 230 lb. frame from Waterloo, IA who attends Don Bosco HS. Big strong thick build. Right handed hitter, deep pre-loaded hands, tends to get hands started late, long level swing path, flashes raw power but contact mostly mid to opposite field due to late and deep hand start, patient hitter who will take pitches and not expand the zone, can improve with adjustments as he has the strength to hit.
