Cole Miller is a 2015 RHP with a 6-3 195 lb. frame from Wildwood, MO who attends Christian Brothers College HS. Nice pitcher's build, long and well proportioned with some present strength and good projectability. Easy slow paced delivery, full clean arm circle, high 3/4's arm slow with good downhill angle, somewhat cross body on release. Heavy fastball, gets nice 2-seam running and sinking action, works down in the zone with his fastball and gets lots of ground balls, shows better fastball command to right handed hitters than left handed hitters. Short breaking slider has enough depth to get off hitter's barrels, change up shows some cutting action as well and resembles the slider. Improving his slider is key to his development, can be an effective sinker/slider type of pitcher. Good student.
