Cam Guarino is a 2017 LHP/1B with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Falmouth, ME who attends Falmouth. Medium, young built with more room to add strength. Ran a 7.95 60 yard dash. Pitches from a high three-quarter arm slot and tops at 77 mph with his fastball. Shows good arm side run and shows late life. Commands his curveball very well at 61 mph with 1-7 rotation. Runs his changeup away from righties effectively with late action. Knows how to mix pitches. Also swung the bat, works from an open stance and has a flat, line drive swing path. Transfers his weight well. Flashes bat speed. Arm strength still developing across the diamond. Hands work well on the infield. Very good student.
