Brandon Mitchell is a 2017 3B/IF with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Edmonds, WA who attends Edmonds Woodway HS. Medium athletic build, has good strength for his age. 7.37 runner, moves well defensively, soft hands and stays balanced well, quick clean release, accurate throws, second base arm strength and actions, especially with his exchange and release. Right handed hitter, spread stance, tends to raise up in load impacting eye level and flow, keeps hands tight but has some hand quickness, mid to opposite field line drive contact, has some hitting tools to develop with adjustments. Very good student.
