Cody Bokash is a 2016 LHP/1B with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Bridgeton, NJ who attends Woodstown. Large, athletic frame with long limbs and a lean, projectable buidl with room to add strength. Ran a 7.09 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher, works from a high three-quarter arm slot with a clean take away through the back side. Stays all on backside, opens front early at times but shows balanced delivery. Has effort at release, topped at 73 mph with fastball, generates solid sink and fade on changeup at 64 mph. Strong showing at first base and with the bat. Moves well on his feet with nice actions off the bag, hands play well and has ability to pick in the dirt. Left-handed hitter, starts with a wide base and an upright stance. Short to the ball with a quick and compact stroke. Fluid swing with lift at front, consistent contact up the middle, front shoulder will occasionally go early but loud contact when he stays on the ball. Very good student.
