Danny Westbury is a 2018 RHP with a 6-3 200 lb. frame from Winder, GA who attends Prince Ave Christian HS. Solid athletic build with good present strength. Rock back delivery, high and tight arm circle with a high 3/4's arm slot, creates some angle to the plate, will drop his arm slot at times. Mid-80's fastball, topped out at 86 mph, gets good sinking action on his fastball especially when his slot drops a bit, works to the glove side well with his fastball. Curveball has some power at 73 mph with good spin and depth, flashed some feel for his change up. Threw lots of strikes with all his pitches and was comfortable mixing his pitches. Good student.
