Wyatt Stapp is a 2017 SS/RHP/OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Keller, TX who attends Southlake Carroll HS. Has a medium frame, athletic build, and room to continue to put on additional muscle. Posted a 7.43 second sixty yard dash. From the infield, has athletic footwork and transfers nicely into throws, arm works well and has good carry. At the plate, starts with a high hand set, high back elbow, and leg lift trigger. Showed hard line drive contact, especially to pull side, and had good bat speed through the zone. On the mound, throws from multiple slot ranging from three-quarters to side arm with typically short arm action in the back. Arm has good quickness and generates good running life on his fastball. Curveball has 11/5 shape with solid spin. Excellent student.
