David Burke is a 2019 2B/3B/SS with a 5-11 167 lb. frame from Roswell, GA who attends Roswell High School. Younger player with a medium frame, lean, slender build, athleticism, and room to continue to fill out physically and add strength. Posted a 7.27 time in the 60 yard dash. Primary middle infielder, showed a long arm action, clean actions through the ball, and a strong arm up to 85 mph. Showed similar arm strength from the outfield up to 87 mph with a good charge through the ball and raw accuracy. At the plate, started with an upright stance, slightly open base, and a larger leg lift timing mechanism. Swing works primarily through upper half with ability to drive the ball when on time. Direct to ball swing and on plane early with good strength. Good student.
