Kian Manmano is a 2019 OF/RHP with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Parker, CO who attends Legend. Medium frame with a lean, athletic build. Projects for additional strength while maintaining athleticism. Ran a 6.86 sixty-yard dash. Primary outfielder with smooth, athletic footwork while closing to and working through the baseball. Clean glove actions while funneling and working through exchange. Medium arm circle at separation and released from a three-quarters arm slot. Keep throws low generating some carry to the bag with accuracy, topped at 84 miles per hour. Right handed hitter with an upright even stance and high back elbow set. Lower half works to contact with linear actions generating good shift. Compact, direct path to contact with a level, line drive barrel plane through extension. Showed the barrel skills to work to all fields but also flashed the ability to turn barrel and work to pull side with authority. Also pitched showing good arm speed through extension from a three-quarters arm slot. Generated good direction to the plate with a fastball offering that topped at 82 miles per hour. Curveball had 11/5 shape with solid spin and good depth when located down in the zone. Also flashed a sharp slider with good sweep and tilt to glove side. Consistently filled the zone and aggressively attacked hitters. Good student. Named to the 2017 Rocky Mountain Showcase Top Prospect List.
