Wes Hauser is a 2015 C/P with a 6-2 174 lb. frame from Round Rock, TX who attends Gateway College Prep. Hauser has an athletic body with room to fill out. Hits from a spread stance with high back elbow, short compact swing plane with good extension through ball. Pull approach with good barrel control. Defensively, low set up with good hip flexability. Good recieveing hands, arm works well. Also pitches, 3/4 arm slot with good tempo and balance to delivery. Fastball showed good arm side run, change up has same run as fastball. Mixed in 11/5 curveball.
