Jack Cariddi is a 2021 C/1B with a 5-11 185 lb. frame from Stockton, NJ who attends Delaware Valley Reg. Large frame with some strength present and more room to fill. Ran a 7.84 second 60 yard dash. Primary catcher, sets up behind the plate with a wide base, receives the all out in front leading to an upright release, takes a longer arm stroke at take back, ones stride into release with a compact finish of arm, developing arm strength with one-hop accuracy to second base, 2.27 second best pop time. Lefthanded hitter, sets up at the plate with a slightly open and bent waist stance, stays short to the baseball with linear actions through the hitting zone, works the ball to all parts of the field and will look to lift. Good student.
