Keith Olmo is a 2015 SS with a 5-7 155 lb. frame from Arecibo, PR who attends Coral Glades HS. Lean, athletic build and projects well with room to fill out with added strength. Ran a 7.20 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder, smooth actions with a quick first, stays low, quick transfer and release from a lower arm slot, shows strength on throws across. Right handed hitter, starts with his hands away from body with bent knees. Transfers weight well through swing, very quick hands with a short path to the ball. Nice feel for the barrel and repeats swing well, simple mechanics, strength projects with more use of lower half. Very good student.
