Khalid Legette is a 2015 OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Teaneck, NJ who attends Teaneck. Large, athletic build with long limbs and a lean, projectable build with room to fill out with added strength. Very good runner, posted a 6.76 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, fields the ball well out front and works through the ball, gaining momentum with lower half. Accurate throws with some strength from a full arm circle release. Right-handed hitter, starts with a spread lower half and a high hand set with a high back elbow. Simple swing which he repeats well, generates lift in swing with strength that plays in game. Line drive contact with ability to hit to all fields. Will continue to increase power with incorporation of lower half into swing. Named to Sunshine Northeast Top Prospect List. Very good student.
