Peter Joseph Shannon is a 2016 LHP/OF with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Far Hills, NJ who attends Bernards. Medium, athletic frame with a lean, projectable build and room to fill out with added strength. Primary left-handed pitcher, works from a high three-quarter arm slot. Long arm action, stays tall and balanced on back side, good extension down the mound with lower half. Fastball topped out at 67 mph and worked in the 63-66 mph range and fills up the strike zone. Flashed a curveball at 54 mph with 1-7 break. Gets good jumps on the ball in the outfield, reading it well off the bat. Excellent student.
