Carlos Mancilla is a 2015 RHP/ with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Doral, FL who attends Ronald W. Reagan/Doral Senior. Medium, strongly built, lean frame with more room to fill out. Ran a 7.49 60 yard dash. Throws right-handed, hides the ball well in an up tempo delivery. Releases from a high three-quarter arm slot and gets good hip rotation to generate velocity. Topped at 81 mph with his fastball and has more in the rank. Also mixes a 73 mph changeup with solid feel and late action. Excellent student.
