Christopher Romero is a 2016 SS/2B with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from South Easton, MA who attends Oliver Ames. Medium, lean, young build with more room to add strength. Ran a 7.41 60 yard dash. Arm strength is still developing across the diamond but makes accurate throws with solid carry. Shows athletic fielding actions with good range. Bats right-handed, works from a high hand set and keeps his hands inside the ball. Stays short to the ball and flashes bat speed. Starts from a narrow base and hits line drives to the middle of the field. Very good student.
