Jaquez Williams is a 2016 1B with a 6-3 210 lb. frame from Newnan, GA who attends East Coweta HS. Extra strong athletic build, looks bigger and stronger than listed, stands out on the field. Left handed hitter, uses a smaller bat than one would expect and keeps his swing short for his size, still creates big bat speed and power, ball jumps off the barrel hard, pulled the ball hard in BP with two home runs, showed game approach that can drive the ball to left centerfield as well, has all the tools to hit at the highest levels. 7.18 runner, has good actions at first base with quick hands and a quick transfer, can also play left field.
