George Bahadue is a 2008 RHP/1B with a 6'1'', 210 lb. frame from Miami, FL, who attends Dade Christian. He was named to the Top Prospect Team at the event. Bahadue has a good pitcher's frame with present strength in his body. He throws from a 3/4 arm slot with good arm speed, and he uses a drop and drive delivery. Shows present arm strength with a fastball that topped out at 86 mph with sinking action, and he gets live arm side run on his two-seam fastball that runs in on right handed hitters. He mixes in a 69 mph curveball with 12 to 6 rotation. Bahadue gets solid depth on the pitch with tight spin. He is aggressive inside and likes to pitch on the inner third of the plate. Offensively he hits from an open stance with a high back elbow. He has a short power stroke with pop in his bat. Bahadue gets good leverage at the point of contact which helps produce raw power to all fields. Shows very good bat speed through the zone with adjustability in his hands. He is a player with very good upside both ways. Bahadue is also an outstanding student.

George Bahadue is a 2008 RHP/3B from American Heritage HS, residing in Miami, FL, with a 6'2" 205 lb. frame. Body - big frame, broad, strong, physical, power pitcher build. Pitching - long arm, decent leverage, strong arm, patient delivery, FB can run or cut, occasional FB sink, can be heavy, throws FB aggressively, 12/6ish CB, rolling action, keeps down, best when mixing FB and CB. Offense - hunts pitches, quiet approach, ok balance, works inside, strong. Good follow on mound, strong arm and body, could come on.

George Bahadue is a 2008 RHP/3B from Dade Christian School in Miami, FL, with a 6'1'', 195 lb. frame. He is present strong with good physical maturity. Bahadue has a sound delivery and above average arm strength. He threw his fastball consistently in the 86-87 mph area with very good late sinking and running action. The life on Bahadue's fastball made it very difficult to hit when he was in the strike zone. Bahadue's off speed pitches are still in the development stage. He tends to slow his arm on both his 68 mph curveball and 69 mph change up and guide them to the plate. There don't appear to be any mechanical or physical reason when he can't develop these pitches with work and some adjustments. A power breaking ball to go with Bahadue's power sinker is going to make him very hard to hit. Bahadue is also a very good looking young hitting prospect who uses his strength well in creating bat speed. The ball jumped off his bat well and he looked to pull the ball with power. Bahadue is a very promising young power pitching prospect and should be followed closely. He is also an outstanding student.
