Mason Ingle is a 2017 1B/LHP with a 6-1 195 lb. frame from Charlotte, NC who attends Providence HS. Large frame with a strong lower half, long limbs, young look. Big target to throw to at first base, arm strength will continue to develop, hands play well. Left handed pitcher, throws from a low three-quarter arm slot with a drop and drive delivery, follows through nicely. Fastball topped at 75 mph, commands well in the zone. Flashes 1/7 break on curveball. Left handed batter, starts with a high back elbow and barrel wrap. Uses frame to generate strength in swing, has bat speed and gets extension in swing. Has the tools to improve with minor adjustments. Excellent student.
