Kyle Morejon is a 5'10" 170 pound 2007 outfielder and second baseman from Park Vista High School in West Palm Beach, Florida. He has a medium frame with an athletic build. Kyle has good speed which he showed by running a 7.15 in the 60. His speed along with his good jumps give him excellent range in the outfield. At the plate, he has a quiet set up with a wide stance. He uses a rock back load and has a short swing. His hand strength generates good bat speed and gives him som line drive gap to gap power. He likes the ball down in the zone and will go the other way with the pitch. Morejon is also a very smart and heads up baserunner. He got good reads on the bases and also stole a base by getting a great jump on a first move. Kyle is a solid hitter who should continue to improve in all areas.
