Michael Failoni is a 2015 RHP/OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Chesterfield, MO who attends Westminster Christian Academy. Tall, lean, highly athletic frame. Ran a 6.80 60 yard dash. Pitches from a three-quarter arm slot and stays on top of the ball well. Has a compact delivery and works at 80-83 mph with his fastball. Flashes arm side run. Shows good depth on his 77 mph curveball with 11-5 rotation. Flashes late fade on his changeup and shows overall secondary feel and command. Has a quick, short arm action. High upside arm. Also shows quick outfield actions with a strong throwing arm. Makes accurate throws. Bats right-handed, works from a balanced, upright stance and shows ability to use the opposite field. Sound approach in game action, has a line drive approach. Good student. Named to Top Prospect list.
