Alexander Reed is a 2016 LHP/OF with a 6-0 175 lb. frame from Ocala, FL who attends Forest. Medium, athletic build with room to fill out. Ran a 7.04 60 yard dash. Has a good pitcher's build. Pitches from a high three-quarter arm slot and has a clean arm action with good extension. Throws downhill consistently. Changes speeds effectively. Works at 70-76 mph with his fastball. Slows arm on his changeup but locates it at 66 mph. Also played the field, circles well in the outfield and gets behind his throws. Excellent student.
