Abraham Sequera is a 2017 SS/C with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Doral, FL who attends Archbishop Edward Mccarthy. Seguera has a medium sized frame with a thicker build. Defensively he has an aggressive approach to the ball with good footwork on the infield. He has smooth quick transfers with a clean release. Seguera has good hands and showed strong defensive skills on the infield. He also showed some catch and throw tools on catcher pop times in the workout. At the plate, Seguera is a switch hitter. From the left side he starts from an open spread stance with some bat wrap. He looks to pull and he has some bat speed. From the right side, he has the same approach with a low hand set. He raises his hands at load and gets rotational with his swing. Very good student.
