Christian Cuevas is a 2014 RHP with a 6-2 210 lb. frame from Jacksonville, FL who attends Arlington Country Day HS. Tall and strong athletic build. On line delivery, short compact arm action, 3/4's arm slot, lower half tends to get out in front of upper half in delivery, some effort at release. Fastball to 84 mph, mostly straight. Short slider with occasional biting action and depth, firm change up. Will need to develop more velocity separation between secondary pitches and fastball for deception. Good student.
