Jack Pauley is a 2014 LHP/OF with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Overland Park, KS who attends Saint Thomas Aquinas HS. Nice young pitcher's build, projects well physically. High leg raise delivery, 3/4's arm slot, works downhill well, slightly cross body, tends to fall off on release, arm works well out front, hides ball and has some deception. Steady upper 70's fastball, good arm side running action, works the outside half of the plate to right handers, developing change up showed good arm speed at times. Looks relatively new to pitching, has the tools to keep improving. Left handed hitter, early load and stride, upper half rotational swing, loads hands deep, long swing with level plane, spray contact. 7.24 runner, long slinging low 3/4's arm action in the outfield. Good student.
