Milton Miranda is a 2013 C/3B/1B with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Dorado, PR who attends Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy. Solid athletic build, especially in the lower half, young look. Good quickness defensively, shifts and blocks well, receives cleanly, high energy receiver, long 2-part arm action and release, developing arm strength, 2.03 best pop time. Right handed hitter, exaggerated open stance with a late close, rotational swing with downward swing plane, lots going on to maintain consistency, has strength in his swing and flashes power when it comes together, has hitting tools to improve with a simplified approach. Good student.
