Dean Sheridan is a 2013 3B/1B with a 6-1 210 lb. frame from Huntington, NY who attends St Anthony's High School. He has a large frame with a strong build and can add more strength. During the infield workout, he fielded the ball out front with good pick-up and had quickness in his release. Has solid arm strength. At the plate, he displayed an contact approach and took aggressive swing with a line drive swing plane. Dean is raw at the plate and has the strength to hit for power. Hit a single up middle that registered at 91 MPH. On the mound, has an online delivery with a short arm action. He pitches to contact and spots up well. His fastball had natural arm side run and complimented that with a solid change-up.
