Adam Dixon is a 2017 OF/LHP with a 5-7 155 lb. frame from Lithonia, GA who attends Chamblee Charter. Medium frame with small, lean build that should continue to fill out. Posted a 6.88 60 yard dash. Moved well in the field and on the bases. At the plate, utilized an open stance, wide base with a slight crouch. Toe tap timing mechanism. Pull side approach with a short swing to the ball and some hand quickness. Flashes feel for the barrel and some bat speed. Would improve with lower half incorporation. On the mound, long, loose arm action with a three quarter arm slot. Stays online well and balanced through delivery. Fastball topped out at 78 with arm side life. Some feel and confidence for 1/7 shaped curveball that showed good depth. Very good student.
