James Clark is a 2013 3B/RHP with a 6-1 210 lb. frame from Columbus, MS who attends Heritage Academy. Strong well put together build, looks taller than listed. Right handed hitter, bent knee stance, simple load and swing mechanics, short hand path to the ball, some bat speed and strength, can extend through contact better, has hitting tools to keep improving. 7.23 runner, sound third base actions, arm strength plays well in games, showed good range and quickness to his right. Also pitched, on line balanced delivery, long arm action with high 3/4's arm slot, fastball to 81 mph, gets good 12/6 downer shape on his curveball, throws strikes and challenges hitters.
