Andrew Kelley is a 2013 RHP with a 6-8 220 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Klein HS. Extra tall long and lean build, projects well. Very simple and repeatable delivery, long and loose arm action, shows ball in back, has some arm quickness, 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 90 mph, steady upper 80's, mostly straight, some downhill angle. Curveball was much improved from Sunshine South, very good depth at times, threw CB for strikes with confidence, hitters didn't pick it up. Very solid overall performance. Good student.

Andrew Kelley is a 2013 RHP with a 6-8 220 lb. frame from Spring, TX who attends Klein HS. Extra tall well proportioned build. Simple and repeatable delivery, slow and deliberate pace, accelerated arm/body at last moment before release, arm action is very smooth and clean, 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 88 mph, lots more velocity potentially there, mostly straight with occasional cutting action, has slider potential. Curveball thrown with good velocity and arm speed, 11/5 shape with good spin, flashed a quality change up as a third pitch. Throws strikes, may lack a level of deception at present to make hitter's uncomfortable. National level prospect. Very good student.
