Jamie Keyte is a 2006 right handed pitcher/outfielder from Trinity HS in New York, NY, with a 6'3", 195 lb. frame. Keyte has a good pitcher's body with projection. On the mound he throws from a 3/4 arm slot with solid arm speed. His arm is slightly mechanical, but he still has arm strength with more to come in the future. His fastball topped out at 79 mph with some life, while he worked from 76-79 mph. He also has the ability to spin the breaking ball at 65 mph with some depth, as well as showing a feel for his change up at 69 mph. Keyte is a right handed hitter who hits from a wide base. He has solid bat speed with good hand strength. Keyte has the body and strength to hit with power down the road. He is also an outstanding student with interest in top academic institutions.
