Trevor Hickman is a 2014 C/RHP/3B with a 6-1 160 lb. frame from Chester, TX who attends Woodville HS. Slender young build, lots of room to get stronger. Low flexible set up behind the plate, shows athletic ability in his shifting and blocking, good exchange, tends to lean back when throwing instead of working through throws at the cost of arm strength/accuracy, 2.04 best pop time. Right handed hitter, spread stance, upper half rotational swing, line drive swing plane, mid field contact, should improve with additional strength. Also pitched, balanced high leg raise delivery, long extended arm action, 3/4's arm slot, finishes clean and balanced to the plate. Mid 70's fastball, topped out at 76 mph, good run and sink at times, some 2-plane break on soft slider. Good student.
