Erin Baldwin is a 2014 RHP with a 6-4 170 lb. frame from Lake Charles, LA who attends Barbe HS. Has a good projectable frame an athletic build with room to fill out. Pitches from a 3/4 arm slot, with a long loose arm action, throws on a good downhill plane, smooth balanced delivery, arm works, stays down in the zone. Curveball has 11-5 break to it with good shape, good straight change that he maintains his arm speed on, keeps his pitches out of the middle of the plate, changes speeds well, mixes his pitches, has good command of his pitches. Is an intriguing prospect to follow on the mound.

Erin Baldwin is a 2014 RHP with a 6-4 165 lb. frame from Lake Charles, LA who attends Barbe HS. Tall, long and lean build, very projectable physically. Long loose arm action, extended 3/4's release point, arm works well, good balance in delivery, stays back over rubber, bit cross body in release hindering lower body use. Fastball to 86 mph, some sink and run when down in zone, sweeping 10/4 curveball with some spin and tightness, did not throw change up. Going to get bigger and throw harder and already has some feel for pitching. Very good follow!
