Casey Worden is a 2013 C/1B, 3B with a 6-3 215 lb. frame from Newport Beach, CA who attends JSerra Catholic. Worden has a large frame with a strong build. He has some arm strength with some carry on his throws. He has solid transfers and release with some catch and throw tools. He also has solid actions on the infield with good footwork. At the plate, Worden starts with an open stance and middle of the field approach. He swings on a line drive plane and the ball really jumps when he squares it up. Worden has power potential and has some bat speed. Excellent student.
