Saenz is an "03" 1B/RHP who is still looking for the right program. At 6'0/200 he is strong and stocky. His main strengths are a strong arm and a powerful bat. He creates big league bat speed out of a nice power swing with good balance. He has serious power potential, in fact he already has serious power and with wood. He pitched in Wareham, throwing mid 80s with lots of life and a quick arm. His breaking ball opened some eyes, a sharp 74 mph 2-planer. He even showed off a nice change up. This kid needs to play baseball somewhere.
